My habit and mood tracker really help me to get a good overview of how the things that I am doing effect my mood.
These are the habits that I keep track off. Last month I realized that I have hardcore Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS). I have a lack of energy, want to eat everything that’s in the fridge and the cupboard, including the plates, a low sex drive, etc. etc. I can live with those things, but the emotional symptoms are THE worst. I feel so sad, depressed, angry and even aggressive (that feeling that you just want to break something). By tracking these things I can warn my friends, family and Kelvin for the PMS Monster that will be activated during that time. I try to sleep more, eat healthy and go to the gym to help me get through those times, but if any of you have tips, please let me know!
