Okay, I have to admit, I find it kind of scary to post this video on my blog. Why? Because I am in no way a professional at making workout routines and I am not really a fitgirl (I hate running, haha). Why am I posting this video, you may ask? To be honest, just because this is simply something that interests me. Mental and physical health, feeling better in your own skin and being the best version of yourself are subjects that I want to share with you.
