A little disclaimer: I do not follow a vegan diet completely, I sometimes eat egg and fish but I try to eat vegan as much as I can. I just want to share the things that I have experienced and learned. 🙂
Spring is in the air! I can definitely feel it and with thinking about spring, I think about summer. Warm evenings sitting in a flowery garden enjoying a colorful sunset… Okay, I know, we are not there yet. But hey, a girl can dream! To get in the mood I let my husband make this great salad, haha. It is delicious, easy, fresh and has a lot of spice to it; I call it the Crunchy Thai Salad. Let’s head into it!

Hello lovely people, no recipe for vegan Friday today! I was inspired to share my inspiration with you. The funny thing is, all of my favorite YouTubers that I watch at the moment are vegan! Okay, it is not a coincidence of course, because what you focus on you attract, but what I love about these ladies is that they have more things in common. They are #girlbosses, they have a great positive attitude in life, work hard and share their knowledge about personal development. They inspire me and I hope they will inspire you too!
